Planning has been obtained for a mixed use development. Part of the site has been sold to a classic cars storage company who completed their unit during 2020.
We will be bringing forward the remainder of the site during 2022.
This development is held in a joint venture with Sunnyday Capital, who are a well established London property company.
This project has an estimated end value of £20m.
