Buckmore Park - North

This 16 acre site to the north of Buckmore Farm is held in a joint venture with Sunnyday Capital, a well established London property company.

We obtained planning consent for 85 dwellings subject to S106 obligations in 2020. This residential land is now for sale via Savills, full details here. Expressions of interest are invited by 12 noon, Thursday 16th December 2021.

We also have outline consent for up to 4,730 sqm of employment use in the southern portion of the site. We will be applying for detailed planning consent before the end of the year and hope to start construction during the first half of 2022. This scheme will be targeting an "excellent" BREAM rating and will look to be one of the most sustainable industrial developments ever carried out in the UK.
