This 16 acre site to the north of Buckmore Farm is held in a joint venture with Sunnyday Capital, a well established London property company.
We obtained planning consent for 85 dwellings subject to S106 obligations in 2020. This residential land is now under offer and is expected to be sold shortly.
We also have outline consent for up to 4,730 sqm of employment use in the southern portion of the site. We are in detailed discussions with the South Downs National Park Authority to obtain reserved matters approval and expect to start construction during 2022.
This scheme will be targeting an "excellent" BREAM rating and will look to be one of the most sustainable industrial developments ever carried out in the UK.
